This is an intensive course that requires both handler and dog be capable of swimming and working in and around the water. This basic/introduction class will be perfect for anyone who is new to working with your dog in the water or anyone who has not worked with our team before. We will teach you how to size and install the water rescue PFD on your dog as well as how to utilize the water rescue jacket to perform rescues!
Day 2 will be a more technical training from watercraft. We will teach you how to jump, swim and rescue from our water rescue boats and jet ski. This is a more physically demanding class. Please be honest about you and your dogs abilities and physical conditioning.

*The delphinus water rescue jacket is mandatory for all dogs in this course. You can purchase at registration and have it mailed to you or pick it up at sign in to the camp. Cost of the rescue jacket is $450. Jackets must be prepaid and ordered at time of registration.
